Consolidate Duplicate Emails
There are times when a single email is sent to multiple people within the firm (we actually encourage this by have emails address that forward to all support staff) and this ends up creating multiple emails that are saved on a particular file. It would be nice if when viewing emails it could determine when the emails are otherwise identical and consolidate them in the email view. That way when scrolling through we would not sort through so many duplicate emails.

Roger ChownI agree heartily. This is one of the reasons why email integration is not very functional. Another problem is the time it takes to add emails to a file, mark them dealt with, and do a time entry. You have to wait so long for it to "re-poll" the email list and update it. These problems detract so much from the usability of email integration that we have not implemented it firm-wide. This seriously detracts from the value of Amicus.

LindsayYES!!! When you scroll through someone's chronology window there will be multiple of the same entry because an email was sent to the whole team. It really "mucks up" the files so that there is way too much to scroll through when you're looking for something.
