In Phone Call screen, convert the drop-down "To/From" box to radio buttons.

When using the Phone Call screen for an outgoing call, the user has to click on the drop-down "To/From" box to change from a call to the user to a call from the user. It would save a mouse click and some movement simply to have To and From radio buttons. Not a huge change, but it's always been a minor annoyance to me.

With the drop down boxes, I often forget to correct the default
