Automatically Adding New Amicus Users to Everyone's Calendar

When new users are added, all previous users are required to update their calendar preferences to include the new user. If they could automatically be added to calendar view's it would be very helpful.

This would be so helpful. Also automatically adding them as firm members for all the "people."
