Allow export of client and calendar data for use in other programs.

  I agree. It would be very handy to be able to quickly export the list of active files, so the lawyer can instruct admin staff what to do on each. ie 'close these'; 'draft bill these'; 'prepare annual fee increase letters to these'; etc
