Evan NelsonLet me set a different kind of reminder for each person on the appointment. AND - can set an SMS, too; AND; can set more than one kind of reminder. For example, an attorney having an appointment after hours might need both a popup AND an SMS to remind her or him to get to phone after dinner...

Kyle KievitAlso, allow customized emails/notifications for new and changed appointments. Amicus Small Firm automatically generated an email and least allowed the user to edit and review the email before it was sent.

RIchard MannSending texts to cell hones is a must in today's world also I would like to be able to send reminders further out than 5 days.

Richard MannThe email, text etc that is sent needs to be recorded somehow in the file. Older versions would create an email that was attached so you can document the person was notified.

Richard A MannAlso, have the notice saved in communications on the file so there is documentation that Amicus sent it to the client. We need to be able to provide we sent notice in case client claims otherwise This was done in version V+

Gurpreet Mergedthe email subject just says "Event Reminder Notice" that is not helpful at all. Either the system should let me customize the subject or it should just copy the text from "title" field.
